The indoor pool was enjoyable, especially during the New Year's stay, while the slow front desk service left a bit to be desired.

great access to parks and historical landmarks for city exploration
I really appreciated the amazing breakfast which kept us full throughout the day, and the hotel's proximity to the beautiful Royal Garrison Church, making it a perfect spot for our city strolls. The cozy room definitely fitted our weekend getaway vibe, but I wish the reception staff had been more welcoming during our stay.

Had to deal with a cramped bathroom that barely allowed room for one person. The restaurant's carpet showed its age with various stains and the wait times for meals were excessive, often over an hour, which was frustrating. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, and the pool area was notably cold, which made it less inviting. the evening meal prices felt a bit steep for the portion sizes and quality we experienced, leaving me wanting more for our money.

The premium double room with a sea view was exceptionally clean and comfortable, enhancing the overall stay. Staff members consistently provided polite and accommodating service, particularly during meals. the pool facilities left much to be desired—the temperature was uncomfortably cold, and the hot tub barely offered any warmth. Dinner options felt overpriced compared to the quality offered, and breakfast, while varied, was not served hot enough.

Couple's need, a decent place to stay
We had a good time here. The breakfast was fantastic, that lady who managed it, she was on top of everything, real exceptional service! Oh and the staff were super kind, helped us with anything we needed like getting a table quickly, which makes all the difference. There was this one moment, my partner needed some extra towels, and boom! They were there in minutes, no fuss at all!

The indoor pool offered a great way to unwind after a busy day. Convenient family-friendly policies like kids eating free really set a relaxed tone for the stay. The proximity to popular attractions kept our schedule packed with fun activities without a lengthy commute involved.
The parking situation turned out to be a real headache. even if you arrive at a reasonable time, finding a decent spot is an ordeal due to tight spaces and narrow bays. My bathroom left a bit to be desired in terms of cleanliness upon checking in, which didn’t quite set the right mood after a long journey. With noise from the street permeating the room, it made sleeping a tad trickier, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to disturbances.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the National Museum of the Royal Navy and enjoyed the Harbour Tours. The indoor pool was a hit and the kids eat free, which was a bonus. Just a heads up—breakfast was solid but consider checking if the restaurant will be open during your stay for dinner.
One issue was the late checkout policy. Even with late checkout granted, we almost got a parking fine for staying an hour longer. It was a frustrating oversight.
